 (SMG) Scruggs Media Group was founded in 2006 by David Scruggs in Marlin, Texas.  The dream of Mr. Scruggs is to establish a radio network of African American broadcasters with various shows, hosts and diverse content.  Also to provide and empower entrepreneurs with the services and tools they need to succeed in the internet broadcasting industry.
